My first reaction would be to ask if you are able to take some time off from work. And of course, my gut feeling is that your response would be No.

Maybe try to get out of the office for a bit, even if it's just an hour. Go out to lunch on your own. Go see a movie. Go get a massage. Just try and spend some time away from the locales that are causing stress in your life currently.

That was me before I went on vacation. You need to take some time off love.

I bowed out of a client meeting today just because I have so many fires to douse in the office -- sent the trainees in my place. Leave the office? You can't imagine the number of phone calls I get, not to mention, how many times I get to listen to my name paged over the intercom.

Yeah, there's a limit. At such times my mantra is: done is better than good. Just get some shit off your plate, however you can.
