 Post subject: What can I use to edit the length of mp3's?

Usually I used mp3Trim but it only lets you deal with files of a certain length. The track in question is 16 minutes and I want to separate a certain portion of it.

I use Sound Forge at work but that's because my boss is a cheap bastid. There's probably much better things.
