holy shit i'm on this Luna DVD

that probably no one else has seen or is interested in seeing....

i've had this sitting around for a while and just got around to watching it today. around the 70th minute, they get to boulder and wham...close up crowd shot of my friend linea who is bouncing around crazy and there i am right next to her. a good 5 seconds on us (well she is obviously the subject of the shot).

anyways...anyone else have this? it's a really good doc on their farewell tour in addition to my awesome cameo.

Thought about picking this up during my looting of Tower the last time. I went with Superchunk's Crowding Up Your Visual Field instead.

Besides the fact that you're in it, how is it?

it's actually really good. beautifully filmed with nice pieces on their stops in japan and all over europe as well as the states. good insight into what it's like for a band that is breaking up on their final tour.

oh, and it opens up with a shot of britta in her panties:

I miss Luna.

I remember seeing Dean in Soho one day giving head to a giant ice cream...he had it all over his face like that episode of seinfeld when george eats the sundae at the tennis match.

This is the only DVD that I have ever purchased - no joke. I'm not suggesting that it's the greatest thing of all time, but it wasn't available for rental around me when it came out, and there was a "long wait" on Blockbuster Online and Netflix. Several music stores carried it, so I took the plunge.
