Is this what it's being called now? Is Chinese New Year offensive or something, a la Happy Holidays?

I've never heard this term before.

Well, the Chinese use the lunar calendar, but it's still weird that some places are calling it lunar new year now. Meanwhile, the Chinese I know all still wished me a happy Chinese new year.
