someone who lives anywhere between GMT-1 and GMT-5, regularly visits the board, and is relatively trustworthy, since i'm the only east coast mod and i'm not around all that much right now to clean up the spam before business opens.

I'd moderate except for that fact that moderating things would be involved.

Yail volunteered, and I think he's as qualified as anyone according to my criteria.

Tim, I love you, but you're not even in GMT-5. I mean, really.

Yail's voluntarily curtailed his authority to uncontroversial spam thread deletions, so no worry of political drama.

Tim, I forgot you lived in Cinci now. Hm.

splates would fill a timezone gap we don't have covered...

Exactly. I'm not trying to step on toes, I'm just usually here by or before 7AM EST and don't really have a "normal" job or kids or responsibility to attend to in the AM. Just trying to help out the board, really.

word. I'd volunteer but Yail makes some veddy good reasons as to why he should be mod.

*edit* plus, you know, I feel like I can go to him if I have problems with like crabs or the like.

Well it just keeps with the tone of the board lately: Sausage Fest 2007.

Makes sense.

That's a pretty unnecessary tone, given the relative unimportance/pragmatism of the appointment, but if you know any willing ladies who fit the criteria, I'd be happy to restore balance to the force.

Congratulations on joining the Brotherhood of Cthulu...eh...I meant the Obner moderators.

You should receive your ram skull head dress in the next couple of days.

Oh, and remember to chant 'Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn' at least once a week for 10 minutes or so.
