If you really need the full explanation, it was pretty much a non-issue. She had pretty big knockers, so the rather smallish third nipple (nipple only, it wasn't like a third breast or anything), located a bit below the others and off center, didn't call much attention to itself. And, I basically ignored it.

Hmmm...maybe I should have made something weird up...gaddamn true story's awful boring.
