Just got this on Friday.
Have had the chance to listen to it once, so while the official verdict is still out, the initial judgement, it that is a pretty damn good, fun album.
Lo-Fi, solo garage rock and soul with a pre-Beatles vibe and some pretty good songs.

I haven't seen any chatter about it on here, and I know that we have some King Kahn fans, so I thought I'd give it a shout-out. See if anyone else has had the chance to stuff it in their ears.

RIYL: 13th Floor Elevators, Dirtbombs, The Kingsmen, Jonathan Richman, King Kahn, a dirtier (production-wise) Blues Explosion

This thread makes me want to get a lamb shawarma from Sultan's Market.

Thanks, Todd. I think I know where I'm getting my dinner tonight.
