Sounds like they (germans who made the video) were illustrating what happens when you start pumping out of a container without opening the vents at the top. Weight of the liquid and/or the force of a pump (if they use one) combine to lower the presure inside enough to crumple the container, and quickly.

The "quickly" part would happen if the structure had a balanced strength structure, ie, no "crumple zone" or obviously weak area that would go first. When she fails, I guess she fails all at once.
