DBT, I guess.

That's the only DBT album I've listened to more than once. It's alright. Certainly more tolerable than The Hold Steady.

Christ OPA. Could you be more obvious??

You've turned it all into a sham.

Wow, I don't care for either one of those bands, saw Hold Steady after reading countless reviews of how good they were live and I still felt underwhelmed. However, seeing tons of people singing along with every damn word that guy said, and the younger crowd kind of dancing around, it was kind of cool, there was no question those guys are a lot of people's outright favorite band, and I think that's somewhat of an accomplishment, so yeah, Hold Steady I guess.

Dirty South it is, if only because it's the Hold Steady album before they got great.

By far my favorite Hold Steady against a band I've never been able to care about.

i cant get into the Hold Steady at all and ive tried. I find the way he talks through songs to be excessively annoying. I played Seperation Sunday a couple times, and have never had the motivation to play it again.

DBT it is, even though this is a DBT album i dont have.

I don't have anything against either of these bands, but don't listen to either one.

I just wanted to say this pairing is pure shenanigans and an obvious jab at the reg rock crowd.

A lot of similarly-styled things have been paired together.

DBT wins this battle of sketchy points-of-entry.

For the record Boys and Girls >>> Blessing & Curse

When it's all said and done, people will view The Dirty South as the peak of DBT.

Oh i totally agree. This whole thing stinks.

Mea culpa guys: this tournament was my idea but I was a fool to think that OPA could run it. He is dumber than dirt and twice as stupid to boot. I blame the syph.
