These places are always the fucking best. There's one across the bridge here I go to all the time. Cheap, fresh, delicious food. I don't understand why this recipe is so hard for other eateries. Every taco truck in the country seems to have figured it out.

i think many places, especially Americanized, try and over complicate things. they also don't use fresh ingredients or make their own tortillas.

the best thing is, this bus is less than 100 yards from a very popular Mexican restaurant, Tacos Al Carbon. they serve good food for the most part, but the bus has far superior tacos, and they're cheaper.
