Just went over & did the taste test- 2 cups, side by side. Was able to tell the difference right off, the Via tasted weak.

$1 for 1 serving of instant coffee? Nah. Starbucks is already in the shitter, don't think this will help.

Whoops. If you would've waited a day, you could've gotten a free large coffee. Tomorrow they are offering a free one if you try Via.

I've heard nothing but terrible things about their new instant coffee line. Really, it's a terrible idea. Who drinks instant coffee anyway? Seems like a step backwards to me.

And $1 a cup??? Their "real" coffee is like $1.15 a cup. I must be missing something here... does it come with a cookie or something?

I got some free a while back to try and for instant coffee, it was pretty good. But compared to brewed coffee, it's not a contest. Next time I'm going into the woods camping or hiking, which will be never, maybe I'll get some VIA to take.

The coffee at my office is so shitty I was curious if this was any good. Curious, but highly skeptical.

It comes in 3 pack for $2.95. You don't drink it there, you brew it up somewhere else. Camping, even.

That's overstating it. I usually get my coffee elsewhere but their coffee isn't bad and this time of year their pumpkin scones are delicious.

Also, for all the complaining about Starbuck's coffee, coffee in most parts of the U.S. largely sucked before Starbucks. It was starbucks that exposed that there was a market for good coffee.

I'll try to hit the local coffee places when I can, but when I'm out in the burbs at work Starbucks is about the only option. it's average coffee, but drinkable and gets me my fix.

the nearest starbucks is... about an hour away. i don't mind it, but it's not like i have to have it when i'm around one. i normally try for elsewhere first.

far, far from it.

I'm not really a fan, but it's still better than 50% of the coffee out there.

The best reason to go to Starbucks doesn't involve walking in: they have a drive thru window.

That and its better than coffee from a gas station.

But mainly the drive thru

You see Dalen, not everyone lives in the a vast metropolis populated with Greek restaurants, taco carts, and wonderful local barrista joints.

In many place in AMGERGIKAG - what you would term "flyover" country - Starbuck's is our best option. (And it's less 1/2 mi from my house)

Dunkin Donuts coffee is not superior to anything other than fast food and gas station coffee.

Dunkin Sonuts literally sucks the shit out of my asshole and regurgitates it into coffee cups. Liquid. Vomit.
