saw them last night at the largo in la (which is a great venue, btw. i had never been).

the show was awesome. the live show really made me appreciate this band a ton. combine them with the awesome chapin sisters who opened (and who do backup vocals for she & him), and i had a killer great night.

hey dale, yah, it was a full band. zooey and m...plus a bass player, guy on drums, backup guitar guy (mostly acoustic, who would also jump to piano at times). zooey would play guitar, electric ukelele, a wurlitzer. there were also 2 of the chapin sisters doing vocal backup harmonizing and playing tambourine and cymbals at times. it was really wonderful. i was not expecting to like this as much as i did.

highly recommended if they come your way.
