So good I had to post it.

Mesquite grilled Zucchini, chopped Sun Dried Tomatoes, slices of Brie, all warmed on a toasted Potato bun.
And a few celery sticks to dip into some Sabra's roasted Garlic Hummus.

In the mesquite. Really no need for it in this type of sandwich. But if I had to choose one to put in there, maybe some slivers of rare roast beef.

That stuff has prevented me from eating rb sandwiches at Subway for years. Seriously, what is it?

Today's lunch: pre-packaged turkey slices on wheat bread with a slice of store brand american cheese. The same thing I eat for lunch 80% of the time.

Iridescent Color of Roast Beef
Sliced cooked beef or lunch meat can have an iridescent color. Meat contains iron, fat, and many other compounds. When light hits a slice of meat, it splits into colors like a rainbow. There are also various pigments in meat compounds which can give it an iridescent or greenish cast when exposed to heat and processing. Iridescent beef isn't spoiled necessarily. Spoiled cooked beef would probably also be slimy or sticky and have an off-odor.

I had some leftover Bucatini with Raw Nut Pesto from last night. The wife likes spice, so I was a little heavy handed with the red pepper flakes, but I really enjoy cold pasta for nearly any meal.
