What's the general interest in doing one of these? In the other thread, I saw it mentioned that Wilked offered to conduct it this year. Is Wilked still on board?

I don't really care about the consolidated shmoo poll anymore but I do like seeing the individual lists and threads like drinky's and contradiction's.

I'll just keep on making the same ol' joke until I win.

I like both. I like the compiled list because it just amplifies the experience of considering "taste." Besides I have a bathetic attachment to these instances of "community" before the Great Social Networking Flattening.

Rads, you won years ago, but like "Waterloo Sunset" it always works.

I actually have a really fun time with these lists...I enjoy getting a final point based consensus as well.

And while I used to truncate the list at 20 albums, I think I'm shoot for a Top 40.

I'd like to see it.
