New Ganglians and Male Bonding in August, and I guess I'm a little interested in the new Wilco. Otherwise the outlook is bleak.

Of course I'm sure there will be some pleasant surprises.

you've heard this, right? It's not bad, it's just Echo & the Bunnymen making out with anyshoegazebandUK. Not much originality.

The Missing Monuments (we're talking about King Louie, right?) album is out and it's great.

Björk should be in that category as well.

Medúlla and Volta had my fandom waning.

I liked Medulla at the time, but it's aged really badly. Never even bothered with Volta.

Yes on King Louie. And thanks for the tip - I'll have to go have a look around innernetland myself.

Why do we even have a Twenty Ten thread anymore?

Yeah, that sucker died hard after magiska went private.

Myself, there's a Manvils EP coming out soon and possibly a Hip album this fall. Really want to hear the new Arkells as well.

I still like Medúlla and as for Volta, after so many great albums, one not bad but not great album isn't enough for me to move her to the "regain their form" category yet. Fingers crossed.

The volcano probably reinvigorated her

Hoping that Watch the Throne with Jay and Kanye is as good as it has the potential to be.

I haven't really enjoyed Bjork since Vespertine, which I still love. Medulla and Volta were both pretty mediocre.

Seconds+ on Mastodon, Laura Marling, and Modest Mouse. I'm a bit meh on Wilco (rightly or wrongly) these days.

For the most part, I'll just see what shows up.

Just saw today The Black Keys are whipping out a new album later this year. Another one with Danger Mouse at the helm.

There's apparently a new album by the Weight coming out this summer. you can listen to a couple of the songs here. It's listed as already out but I can't seem to find anyone that has it [refuse to buy from itunes]

Also, new Warren Zanes out in a few weeks.
