I've been through GR on the way to my inlaws' summer home in Traverse City and it's surprisingly urban.
Skyscrapers and the whole bit.
Looks like a nice town.
I wanna stop there sometime and pay a little visit.

Fairly boring and really conservative, but Billy's is a decent club, and is located in one of the most diverse and progressive parts of town called Eastown.

Not sure what kinda turnout you guys will get, especially on a Thursday, but I've been surprised before. I knew you guys were playing because it's on the WYCE website, so maybe others will see it too.

I was born in Butterworth hospital but i Had to get out of GR......................or more accurately my dad got transferred when I was 11. In retrospect i actually didn't want to leave GR kinda glad I did.

It is a pretty nice little city. Really good place to raise a family, but still has some things to do (although nowhere near anything like Chicago). I'll buy you a beer if you do stop in town (assuming we can both swing it time-wise and family-wise).
