I don't have a clue, but I would hazard a guess that Oops I Did It Again isn't correct.

But I think it might be an SST band.

Okay, so I was able to open it by copying and pasting the URL into another window. And, whoever guessed something from an SST album, I was thinking the same thing. Probably either Minutemen, Sonic Youth, or Black Flag.
