I figure if someone is interested in something, they'll ask. I don't know how many times I've posted links for downloads only to have them go ignored so I decided I'm not putting in the effort anymore. I rarely post that much anyways now so maybe get the fuck over it?

How about you get over thiking I was first referring directly to you? It was a general statement. You are free to disagree, but I had zero intention of singling out anyone. Disagree all you want, my personal opinion is that the board is more interesting when people post thought or opions instead of just pictures. And you are not alone by any stretch.

Speaking only for myself...

I do clearly recall a long string of (Shiv in particular but ny no means limited to him) posts about mixes or albums, most of which were received by cricket noises. I'm not sure how long I'd keep throwing my thoughts into that void, and thus I'm not sure how hard I'd now pick at other people for not continuing to do so.

let's be honest, the best thread ever was the Tenner thread. that shit turned me on to so many great bands, and almost everyone on Obner was involved.
