I was lazy and posted this in "The Graceless Age" thread but it occurred to me that it deserves its own thread and many might have not seen it there. At least I'm guessing that's the case cause I don't see any other obners on the list of supporters.

3 days from the finish line and he still has about $7K he needs to raise. So if anyone's inclined...now's the time to throw some coin his way.

Also, makes me realize that this is harder than I maybe realized and Phil should feel pretty good about the support he received. I guess I'll drop my plans to launch a kickstarter to expand my scotch collection.

This was successful. He got the $$ he was looking for. Weird.

Also the Graceless Age was on the The Guardian's "best records this year.". Seems like it's getting more buzz in UK and Ireland than in US. A (chuck) prophet without honor in his own country...

That's great that he got funded. With less than 24 hours left, he still had a long way to go.

Did you see that he's touring with Shuggie Otis in the fall? That's a really cool but odd pairing.
