I was in Chicago this weekend for a surprise 40th birthday party for a friend on Friday and baptism Sunday. We were looking for stuff to do Saturday. I wish this board had more reason for me to check it more often. I would have swung by with the family.

Bummer. It would have been nice to see you guys and to meet the kids. Wish I had known, too. I would have sent you a FB invite.
You see, this is why I sometimes send invites to folks who live out of town… for the just in case.

But it was at a bar (21-plus), so not so sure that you could have come in with the kids anyway.
Thanks for the thought, though and I hope that you had a nice visit.
