co-worker (on the phone): "Is Emma Cock-burn there?"

laughter from other co-workers

me: "You might want to try Co-Burn"

Co-worker: "How would you know that?"

me: "You guys ever hear of Bruce Cockburn, the singer?"

Blank stares all around...

Don't forget all the Tom Lehrer songs in The Electric Company. That show beat Sesame Street like a rented mule.

Edit: And yeah, Bruce Cockburn is one of the better live acts I've seen. "Rocket Launcher" was an unnervingly great performance.
