I'm all about a good steak but I usually reserve having one for special occasions when I want to treat myself.

I say roll with the chicken..........a good week night grillin meat.

One of the easiest meals I make is to grill a chicken breast, throw chopped onions, zuccini, and squash in a skillet, add a little olive oil and garlic salt, cook. I sautee them just long enough to heat them.....I like the squash and zuccini to remain a little crunchy.

Fix salad. Eat.

If you go steak, you can't eat any of that sirloin tip crap. You might as well eat horse meat. Do it right: NY strip, Rib Eye, T-Bone, Filet Mignon...
