Who do you want for your team this weekend?

I'm guessing the Falcons are gonna grab a defensive tackle; Dan Cody from USC? He is allgedly overrated.

I'm interested to hear from the Bears and Eagles contingent. The Bears: Is it Braylon Edwards? Eagles: I'm hearing Matt Jones, the QB from Arkansas to play receiver....

Discuss.

i have no idea what the fuck my dolphins will do at #2.

today saban is saying they will take edwards. i'm thinking they are trying to bait someone into trading up.

we just swapped surtain for a 2nd rounder. i wish somehow we could trade our picks for edge or shaun alexander.

I have heard that Mike Williams (WR-USC) might fall to the Cowboys. I hope it happens.

If Iwas the 49ers I'd have Ronnie Brown's name ringin' out.

I hope that the Bengals go for a coverage guy, but i fear that they're gonna add a wideout that they really don't need because hey, they're the bengals. too bad there's no "can't miss" QB or RB prospect that we could really screw up ala Akili smith or ki-jana carter. good times, good times.

I think what the Eagles do in the draft (especially with their first round pick) will determine what they do with T.O.
If you see them pick a WR in the first round, it's not good news for T.O. It means they won't budge on his demands so he can sit there a sulk all he wants.

Me too, then I would take Jason Campbell with the 1st pick in round 2.

i don't know about that, when TO went down it pretty much exposed that their receivers were ass. if they pick a wideout i would think that it means that todd pinkston's bitch ass needs to look into backing up randy in oakland.

Pinkston is already gone. He's at best the third receiver behind T.O. and Greg Lewis right now. If they keep Freddie Mitchell, he'll get even less chances to play.

And the Eagles receivers are not ass. You're ass.

Saints - Either Pac Man Jones or (gulp) another UGA guy - Thomas Davis.

I think it's standard operating procedure in the Saints war room to draft UGA's 2nd best player no matter what in the 1st round. It makes the whole evaluation process alot easier. I am just glad David Greene isn't the that guy.

Dude, Thomas Davis is a MONSTER. Just know that, you'll be ok with him or O'Dell, except that the Saints are a black hole, and all talent is sucked out.

I actually want Thomas Davis. I'm kiddin bout our roster full of UGA players. And your absolutely right, the Saints are a talent black hole. I honestly want no LSU boys drafted by them anymore.

EDIT - Charles Grant is a stud too. But you can take Sullivan and Stintcomb back.

One thing's for sure. The draft won't be as exciting as it was last year with the whole Manning situation. Hopefully, we see a lot of draft day trades with teams trading up, etc.

Will be interesting to see what my Seahawks do - we've made some good moves in the last few weeks and have solidified our Defensive Backfield - we've got to draft some quality guys on the Defensive Front now though - plus there is talk that we could trade Shaun Alexander to move up in the draft - of course in doing that we would likely have to take a RB. Will certainly be an interesting weekend :)

I think the Eagles will take Jones if he's still available.

I think they'll keep Pinkston. In my opinion, he's way better than Freddie Mitchell. Given the emergence of Greg Lewis, if TO weren't being a punk, I would be fine with the Eagles actually not drafting a wide receiver this year. Then they could pick a defensive tackle high up.

No. They don't need a RB. If the O-Line is healthy Barlow should bounce back & they have too much $$$ tied up in him to sit.

I'm not big on Smith, actually I'm not big enough on anyone to spend the #1 pick on. But at least they need a qb. What a bad year to have the #1 pick. I wish they coulda traded down

Nice. Another Seattle fan. I agree---they've got to go d-line or LB. I've heard they may attempt to trade up to get Merriman from Maryland or D. Johnson.

I like the additions of Herndon and Dyson over the past couple weeks. Softens the blow of losing Lucas. It was a shame to see Chad Brown go, though.
