Its been all over CNN for the past few days - the story of the 32 year old bride to be who went for a jog about 8:00 pm in her hometown of Duluth, Ga. and didn't come home. Massive man-hunt, search center and a lie-detector test for the fiance and a $100,000 reward offered by her parents.

The news reported this morning that she was found, safe and stupid in Albequerque, NM, after taking the bus to Vegas because "she got cold feet and needed some time alone."

Nice that she is safe, but, what a crazy bitch.

I listen to talk radio to piss myself off, and Hannity was AWESOME on this one.

"Next, we'll have more on this bizarre dissapearance of this woman in Dulth, GA. No one is safe anywhere anymore. This si a dangerous world...blah blah blah."

and all it was a girl with cold feet. I mean, one more day and this thing was going Pope on us. I fucking hate the media.

Yeah i read the yahoo story on this just now. Supposedly she didn't think her taking off for a few days before her wedding would "alarm" anyone.

Hello moron? I have no sympathy for these people. You fake a disappearance, lie to the cops, you get any rotten tomatoes that are thrown at you.

I laughed when I read this story -- my gut instinct told me she was a runaway bride. Fine, have cold feet, run away if you must, but, can't you leave a goddamn note so that you don't have people wasting their time, agonizing over your disappearance? Now, she gets to be the town clown. D.U.M.B.

this reminds me of the audrey seiler circus last year in madison. girl has serious issues and decides to fake her own kidnapping to get her cheating boyfriend's attention. the town was literally put on a lockdown for four days- with everyone convinced there was a crazed madman kidnapper on the loose and 'poor little audrey must be found!' i'm not sure poor little audrey expected the FBI to be called in and the city to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to find her, but they did. and all she got was a slap on the wrist and some fines. what a wackjob.

i'm getting cold feet about my plan to not tell my roommate that i'm leaving next weekend, but smearing (fake) blood and tossing furniture all over the apartment before i go. although, she probably wouldn't notice i was gone. and if she did, she probably wouldn't care.

he did mention something about going on vacation...

Yeah, didn't she originally tell the cops that albequerque was where her kidnappers left her? and way to make your boyfriend the prime suspect in a murder investigation, tard.

Hilarious!

I wouldn't take that freak back. "Sorry, baby, you get your issues taken care of. You obviously didn't love or trust me enough to talk to me about it before -- work them out on your own. SEE YA!"

I think most people who invite 600 people to their wedding and have 14 bridesmaids should be considered de facto crazy.

Dude her fiance should leave this bitch. The AJC was trying to underhandedly crucify this guy with headlines liek "Fiance ponders lie detector!" The scream media was praying for another Scott Peterson story.

no one else thinks it's weird that she's having a wedding of 600 people and there's absolutely no one that she feels like she can confide in or talk to? she's got those crazy eyes for sure, but i feel like there may be something else going on here.

Ha! I'm glad I'm not the only one who's noticed those "I look like a Stepford Wife" eyes.

She has that same look in all the photos posted of her. Like a frickin' dear caught in headlights. Maybe anti-anxiety drugs do that to a person's eyes.

She screwed her folks out of the reception deposit also. They were to have their reception at the uber swanky Atlanta Athletic Club where I'm pretty sure you have to reserve the ballroom over 30 days in advance and pay a non-refundable fee which is over $25,000.

This whole story is pathetic. I think she should have to do community service at a child abduction services center or something.

The part about 600 people at the wedding isn't about her having people to confide in, it's about her folks being loaded / connected. That kinda pressure will, apparently, make you do some stupid, squirrely, life-changing dumb shit.

i was equally offended when i saw three or four programs asking for "celebrity opinions" on the topic. i could give a shit what those people think about a "runaway bride".

Heard on the news this morning that the dude is taking her back. Hey, I can understand love, and how people make mistakes and you accept them anyway, but I'd stay far away from her until she pays the heavy fine that *should* be coming her way. As long as he's not married to her, he doesn't have to assume that debt as his own. Dumbass.
