heh, heh.

I love Metacritic.

(actually like the album, too, but I understand the bad ratings)

I've only heard the Jessica Simpson song from Adam Green but I liked it .

It's no different now - people trying to outdo ! each other in extremes. There are people who like X, and there are people who say X are wimps; they like Black Flag.

His lyrics are a hoot and his tunes are strong. The vocals are a bit too deadpan-crooner bland and I couldn't listen to the album a lot of times in a short span.

Still though, an entertaining combination of brutal lyrics with bubbly indie pop music.

I consider him one of those dudes whose stuff I'd buy if I could find it used for a buck.

The stuff is funny the first one or two times, but I can't imagine playing it for the long term.

There are very very very few acts that can marry music with humor and have it stand up to repeated listens. Either the music suffers, or the humor is just too hokey. The only two acts to have succeeded that come to my mind are The Fools and Bongos, Bass, & Bob.
