Surprised there's no thread today regarding the great Joy Divsion(unless I missed it), but thought I'd just say that on the 25th anniversary of Ian Curtis' death, that JD are one of my favorite bands, and if I really think about it, were probably my gateway band from AC/DC (NTTAWWT) to my current proclivities.

RIP IC.

So Angus Young and Bernard Sumner should work on a project together. Make Marco happy boy.

I gave Closer a listen today and thought about how I bought/wasted my money on the latest New Order album.

KEXP was paying tribute during the entire Morning Show.

Mount St. Helens erupted on this day as well.

The most disappointed I've ever been in my fellow Obnerians was when 'Unknown Pleasures' charted at a lowly 78 on Listmania.

My soul curdles everytime I think about it.
