I haven't seen the pic, but she looks best when she doesn't go crazy with the makeup and shit. She's very naturally pretty.

When I've seen Finch pitch or hosting segments on NESN, she's been really cute in a classic blonde girl athlete way. She doesn't need to wear weird makeup or turn into Jenny McCarthy when she can pitch like that. She should stick with wholesome pretty and not try to change it.
