I'm finally getting off my arse and applying for a new job. However, it has been a long time since I made a resume and really can't believe I got hired using this old crappy one.

Does anyone have any design/layout ideas? I'll be (hopefully) transfering to a different department within the same organization, not coming in off the street. Does that matter as far as my resume content?

Any thoughts or ideas are welcome.
