Excellent episode from start to finish. How about that Bondesque music playing throughout the second half? Actually, I enjoyed the whole episode's score tonight. Solid.

I thought it was a little tooo obvious at times. But otherwise, didn't mind.

Also, could've done without the whole girl/mom thing. But otherwise, didn't mind.

(one.) Glad to see that Buchanan didn't go gently into the nite. His trio -- him, plus Wayne Palmer and Chloe -- should be fuckin' shit up well into la madrugada (I love that word, and I can't think of an English word for the same meaning that I like a quarter as much).

(two.) I am wondering if President Logan will have the First Lady killed. Further, if he does, will the show's producers licence "Never Leave a Job Half Done" (Pedro the Lion -- Winners Never Quit) for use during scenes/credits.

(three.) While the Vice President might not believe that his leader is a conniving prig, he now has received independent hearsay from Novick and Heller implicating the President in varying measures of shadiness. What will VP do? (Remember, Martha Logan intimated earlier that the VP had been trying to upstage the President at any turn. This time, of course, she'll prolly want that to happen.)

(four.) Does Henderson die, finally, or will he be Marwan II?

I wouldn't go that far... Heller will be President by the end of day five, with Wayne Palmer as his VP -- or, potentially, Novick.

Who knows... It will be fun.

Plus, it looks like the Bond-style score will remain for the rest of the season, in part, anyway.
