Shame about Koller. Looks like he's out of the rest of Finals.

Yeah thats bad news.

Nice sig, like the team of the tournament. Glad you have Toure in, he looked so good. Impressed with Zakora as well, can see why a lot of teams are after him.

I just hope the Americans put one into the net before this is over. I've got to give the Czech's a ton of credit, they are still trying to score, something that England and Portugal didn't really do with a one goal lead.

Jesus Freaking Christ, 3-0.
This is pathetic. I realize we consistantly suck it up in Europe, but I at least expected them to make it competitive. These guys are playing like slow pansies.

Laugh it up while you can, because I'll sure will be laughing when England falls short again.

I should be quietly stewing rather than venting.
I'm starting to think we should take a developing college football team mentality where we'll play anyone anywhere. I think we need to take more lumps by playing the best teams abroad.
I might be crazy and wrong, but I think we struggle playing in Europe because we haven't developed the proper mindset it takes to consistantly compete with the best teams. We aren't in the position to catch anyone off guard anymore.
I'm going to watch the Italian match, but I don't see it going much better without a complete change in attitude. Maybe they could hypnotize the team into thinking they were playing in America.

Only bright spot of the game. I hope he starts against Italy.

Very disappointing, but I'm used to disappointment - I'm an NC State sports fan.

Don't be too disheartened. Only the first match and Czech are a very good side. From yours and England's performance there is no difference.

Mind you we did beat Jamaica 6-0 in a friendly and you could only draw twice with them. But banter aside, the Czechs are very very strong. If Reyna's shot had gone in, it could off been a different game.

Same if Eric Couch, Tommie Frazier and Johnny Rodgers suited up for USA.

Haha no, don't know any cornhuskers either! I think i have watched two games. You see much of the cobblers? You should try and hook up Bojic for your team.

Crouch plays for the Toronto Argonauts of the CFL, Tommie Frazier is the head coach of NAIA Doane College in Nebraska and Johnny Rogers does nothing but appearances.
I'd make fun of Crouch and Rogers, but Frazier was one of the toughest college players ever and he was the man on arguably the greatest college football team ever.
Now back to Futbol.

That was just embarassing. Now I gotta listen to all the Mexicans I play with. Just mentioning 2-0 in 2002 may not cut it anymore.

Only highlight for me is that I am an Arsenal fan, and thus am looking forward to Rosicky next season.

Yea, that guy was pretty sick in this match. First time I had seen him play, and I was very impressed.

There's no argument... it was the greatest college football team ever.

I saw quite a bit of him with Dortmond and thought highly of him, but haven't seen him put non a scoring show like that before.
