Yeah, he is. I have heard that quite a few of these really remote towns along the West Texas I-10 corridor are turning into artist colonies and the like, which is weird and interesting. "Steers and Queers", indeed! Hell, it's gorgeous out there - I could see that being really appealing


Secret Machines filmed a movie out there in Marfa as well. Yo La Tengo played there a couple of years ago.
