1. How many personnel/staff are involved in this? What are their roles?

2.What's the certification of the presumed midwife whose overlooking this whole 'mess'?

3. What's the protocol/plan in the worst case scenario? And what criteria are used before a home birth is aborted?

4. What's the cost comparison?
