I still see Spade Kitty every now and then. He's doing well. Engaged to be married and only playing in one (maybe 2) bands now.

I was just at Spade Kitty's wedding over the weekend.
He got married to his lady love--Roxy Swain--at a music venue in Spring Green, WI called The Shitty Barn.
She's a total sweetheart and they are obviously soulmates.
A great time was had by all!

It said "The Barn"
And the venue posters around town read "The Sh*tty Barn".

Spring Green is gorgeous, and I have heard a lot about that barn.

It's a pretty cool venue; literally an old barn, converted for shows. They apparently do it up like a listening room, more than a bar and the sound is surprisingly good.
Nice little selection of local beer, too.

A friend out in Madison went to something like 70 shows there this past 12 months, before he moved to Brooklyn. So his FB account had regular pictures from it.

That album had two really good songs on it.
