A better idea than Joe's stupid fucking myspace link idea is that if you post a link to an album in this thread, you also start a separate thread about the album.

I'm sure I'm not the only person who doesn't necessarily listen to an album the minute the link is posted and let's face it, nobody can actually appreciate an album upon one listen (especially if you only listen to the first ten seconds of the first five songs like Dalen), but it's awkward to come back into this thread two weeks later and be like "whoa, album x is kicking my ass"

Aside from the utility of you propose, I wish we still discussed albums for it's own sake.

Gawd, I know. It's so fucking stupid a large number of blogs dedicated to posting leaked albums even provide the myspace link to its followers.

It's not really about hearing or listening or liking music, Tanner -- HAVING the most music, BEFORE everyone else, is a means to its own end.

Either that, or you just don't really like music, take your pick!

I don't really care one way or the other about your idea, Joe and I know that you really just want those links so you have an alibi when your Mom catches you trolling myspace for underage poon--and hey who doesn't need that sort of cover?

Haven't listened yet, but "Sometimes I Wish We Were An Eagle" was my #1 of 2009, so I'm stoked for this

Myspace: doesn't seem to have one.

I listened to it earlier this evening. It isn't bad. I was hoping for more songs from the album you mentioned, but it was still entertaining.

I have no doubt that Cosmogramma, the album Flying Lotus describes as a “space opera,” will be one of the albums of 2010.

No doubt that it is in fact one of the albums of 2010!

Can we at least read blurbs written by others before copying and pasting them here, or are we just so sure that no one here will ever read them that we really don't give a shit and are posting them just to take up space?
