Cheese curds are more like a squeaky, salty white cheddar. Poutine is awesome, and doesn't belong anywhere near this hurlfest of a thread.

Delicious, squeaky little nuggets of cheese, when they're fresh. When they're not, just little nuggets of so-so cheese.
