I haven't heard anyone mention the cab driver in the Big Lebowski playing the Eagles. That's one of my favorite moments in that movie.

Also, when john tuturo (sp?) has to go door to door to let his neighbors know he's a molo.

Not really a line, but one of my all-time favorite movie scenes is the blood swirling down the shower drain in Psycho.

Owen Wilson's apartment/house in Royal Tennenbaums. There are crazy-ass oil paintings on the walls and a giant stack of porno tapes laying around.

Dude Lebowski writing a check for his milk. (Sept. 11, '91)

Fight Club - during the scene when the buildings are falling down, the Pixies' "Where Is My Mind" is playing, and for a split second a penis has been edited in.

Eternal Sunshine - Joel and Clementine are playing under the sheets and he loses her. The look of desperation of his face is heartbreaking.

Jared Leto running down the pier to greet Jennifer Connelly in Requiem For A Dream.

Dumb and Dumber - Jim Carrey distracted from his conversation because he's watching his breath in the cold Aspen air.

Strange Brew (greatest movie ever):

George (beer store clerk): 12 fresh Yukon Gold.
Benny (octagenarian): That horse ran like a bum yesterday. See you tomorrow.

...or the voice in the fray when the movie theatre is emptied:

"My sweater! My sweater!"

True Romance has a million nuggets too,
When Floyd (Brad Pitt) tells Clarence and Alabama,
"hey, Get some beer!....and some cleaning products."
Classics abound, kiddies.
Clarence: You're a whore?
Alabama: I'm not a whore, I'm a call-girl, there's a difference, ya know.

In Running Man, the comedy show that's constantly on the television in the background..."I'd buy that for a dollar!"

Well, they're both are in the not so distant future with lots of gratuitous violence and funny one liners. Running Man contains the best use of Professor Toru Tanaka while Robocop has Red Foreman/Clarence as the super villian

"I've got the muscle to shove so much of this factory up your stupid wop ass that you'll shit snow for a year!"

In Layer Cake, when Morty's beating the shit out of Freddie and the camera angle changes to Freddie's point of view as Duran Duran's Ordinary World is blasting.

In From Dusk Til Dawn, when one of the random vampires (the biggest one) starts stalking ...Frost? I think it was... (right after he gives him the "Monkey Man" line) he randomly twists the head of one of the non-stars of the film and kills him...dam, I haven't watched this film in so long, I actually don't have it memorized anymore, I may be merging two scenes...then he (Frost) dances past the vampire, pulling out his heart as he does so...it's still pumping, so he stabs it with a pencil, then the vampire dies.

The little thing in this scene is the expression, like, "hey, go figure, it's wood, it kills them, the myth is true".

I always like Tim Roth in his fopish role as Archibald Cunningham in Rob Roy. When he is front of the Marquis he is as fopish as they come (stupid wig, lace sleeves, etc.) but when he steps outside he throws the best swagger...especially after the finishes the sword fight with Rob Roy. I dunno, I'm a girl and partial to Tim Roth, heh.
