Just know that grad school is one of the hardest things on a marriage, and if a marriage goes under during grad school, it is very, very, very hard not to blame school for the whole thing. I'm having to remind myself that we were quite a bit broken aside from my miserable schedule, but it's taking me some work to convince myself of that.

Lots of communication and patience are needed.
