Miley Cyrus, someone I dislike, smokes my least favorite drug Salvia. Maybe this will ruin her career, not really a good role model for young girls any more it looks like. Although that being said, I read that after the video came out sales of Salvia increased so maybe there are lots 14 year old girls tripping/freaking out right now.

There's a good hipster bar in Kendall Square near work that has its front bar walls covered in posters for these old smut novels from the 50's / 60's. Some of them are really hilarious. My favorite: GUTTER LUST

Weird. Zola Jesus has announced a tour and is playing Messiah College. I know they've been getting a little broader and a little more brazen with their choices being that they are a Christian college, but I'd love to know what their thinking is here.

I've been in there once and got some drink with pop rocks around the rim. It was tasty but I felt like a lil bitch drinking it.

As well you should. I sometimes meet the wife there on snow days when the nanny has the baby, and I invariably get Harpoon Leviathon Double IPA on tap. Because I'm a man.
