What does it mean when the boss sends a meeting request that simply reads, "I have an idea." How am I supposed to prepare for this meeting?

every time i'm in one i see other confused customers

i don't know why they decided to complicate something that could be so simple

observation: in this commercial for HD TV's, there is a disclaimer at the bottom of the screen that states the screen size is measured diagonally. is there a significant problem with people going into the store with measuring tape and getting all upset?
