I'm still chuckling about Ringo's bands.

Truly an hilarious discussion.

A couple of quick corrections pursuant to that topic:

1. The video that did in Billy Squier was actually the one for "Rock Me Tonight," not "The Stroke."

2. Argent was not Sammy Hagar's first band - that was Montrose.

The Grammy Museum will have a big exhibit on Ringo's career opening in June. Now I have to go.

I haven't listened to too many of these but did enjoy Kyle's guest spot. I've been checking out a few beer related podcasts over the last few months and most of them are terrible so kudos.

I KNEW you'd know. The one where he's rolling around on the bed... goodbye, career as sex symbol / tough rocker. Hello, career as checkout clerk.

Really mad at myself for not requesting a song while I was on. Would've been Foxy Shazam, "I Like It."

We may have fleshed out that topic with some "research" beforehand.

Done some investigating and EXTREMELY bummed that neither Two-Hearted Ale nor Heady Topper are available in/near Dallas, but I have found a couple of places to grab Lagunitas.

Two Hearted, you had a shot with, they've got some range. But Heady Topper is confined to like 1 country in northern VT. Every Monday is release day, and it's 100% gone every monday night.

Haven't really advertised. Was looking to see what people that don't know me would think I guess.

Listened to part 3. Always cool to hear Kyle dropping knowledge about beers. The liquor store near me had about 10-12 Clown Shoes bottles on display near the front and I kind of laughed. They're ok, but yeah that's an awful name.

And went out and grabbed a sixer of Lagunitas IPA. Not my go to IPA (that would probably be Baxter Stowaway) but it's really a deal in terms of price (less than $10) and taste compared to some of the other beers I usually buy.

That Baxter is a killer 6 pack canned IPA. I still buy it sometimes, you got me sorta hooked, Shiv.

I found Lagunitas IPA at a local grocer last night. Um...apparently, my pallet is not refined enough to fully appreciate its greatness. Although, I'm planning on giving it another try, but next time with food - seems it might be better with food.
