that IS a helluva pie.
I used to date a girl from Louisville and we once made a couple of those together.

Damn good stuff.
In fact, it might be the only pie that comes close to Pumpkin for me.

It's this chocolaty whippy pudding type thing with crushed oreos and chocolate syrup.

My mom makes this frozen chocolate pie which is amazing. I am sure none of you have ever tasted something so good. She got the recipe from the inside of a Baker's German Chocolate bar. It's made by mixing the bar with whipped cream and cream cheese. Then you make it an even consistency and freeze it in a graham cracker crust. Holy shit. It's amazing.

Apple pie with a crumb topping
