i can see how some people might feel this way, but in some ways, having the advance, and listening to it a few times, gets me even more amped to get my grubby hands on the actual album. i try not to overplay an album that i really dig when i get the adv. i'll give it a few plays, then set it aside [or even delete it] and wait for the release. 'cept for a few releases like sigur ros, my morning jacket, the coral, doves, etc.
