I have to go with Radioator simply because of the stretch of "International Language of Screaming," "Demons," "She's Got Spies," "Play It Cool," and "Hermann Loves Pauline" practically all in a row (There is a "short painkiller" in there). This string of songs is pure bliss.

Gueurilla is a very close second, though, and is definitely a more varied album.

I saw a huge bag of pot when I got to go backstage to meet/hang out with them.

i'm with the majority in voting for radiator as my favorite...but i'm sure i'm in the minority in thinking rings is their weakest.

Alas, you shall be alone no longer. Fuzzy Logic is my fave too (although my favorite SFA album tends to change every so often)

I'll probably get killed for this, but I just don't get why everyone loves these guys. I gave them a chance and bought Radiator, Fuzzy Logic, Rings Around The World, and Phantom Power, and they all bored me to tears.

I plan on selling them all on eBay.

Because they're awesome. I probably jumped the gun on Love Kraft, though. It's lacking something their other albums have.

You could try listening to Guerrilla. That's the band at their weirdest and most experimental. Things could fall into place if that catches your attention.

I mean some of the songs are good and all, but it seems like the band were too stoned and in awe of their surroundings (they went to Spain and Brazil during the album's recording). I'm not really worried that they've lost it, but I sort of wish I could fast forward time and hear what they're coming out with next. It's definitely their worst album. I feel like the rest of their albums have stood the test of time - I used to doubt that I truly enjoyed Phantom Power just because I was a diehard fan and it appeared to disappoint a bunch of people, but it turns out I really love it - but there's something about this one's songwriting and production that just seems flat to me.

"Frequency," "Ohio Heat," "Cloudberries," and "Atomik Lust" are great songs, but they're mired by a strange tracklist and tremendously boring (Zoom!) songs. I could cut those songs out of the album and just throw them on to a mix.

interesting that you mention this, because it's exactly what i did. the only tunes from this album on my iPod are the 4 you mentioned and "The Horn". the rest are of no interest to me.
