I have to add the end of Saw when the dead dude gets up from the middle of the floor. What I thought was one of the coolest twists as well as genuinely freaked me out the first time I saw it. Of course after seeing it once, it's kinda blah.

That wasn't just any guy. That was the 2nd Doctor (Doctor Who). But, yeah, I forgot about The Omen. Loads of creepy scenes-the nanny who hangs herself, graveyard scene etc.

Movie basically ruined O Fortuna for me.
