This is my rule of thumb too. Based on the rubbing/holding hands, this chick would be in the bottom of a lake somewhere. My opinion this is more than obvious flirting. Flirting is maybe playing a little footsy or something. Rubbing the leg and holding hands is extended, deliberate contact. She's probably not as in love with said partner as she claims ad probably wants you. But if alcohol was involved, then it becomes a bit more ambiguous. Lots of crazy shit goes down between males and females with sweet lady liquor.

See, what you guys don't get about girls is that not everything leads to sex. To the them, this is like extended foreplay, and they love it. To those of the them that like to exercise power control, it's a power control thing. They like knowing they can turn it into sex just by showing up naked or something. But not all of them are malicious power freaks. Some of them just like a little bit of affection without it necessarily meaning anything.
