Yeah, you could definitely say that.

i try to run about 10-15 miles a week, alternating between that, swimming, and yoga. i really, really hate running, but i make myself do it because i know it's good for me and it makes me feel better in general.

i wear asics shoes, and i love them- they're perfect for what i need. as far as races, i did a sprint triathlon this summer, and i'll be doing another one next year- will probably include a 5K or 10K as part of my training for that.

edit: oh yeah, and i usually just make mixes to run to, mostly of upbeat indie pop or rock- arcade fire, kings of leon, pixies.

No shit, Springsteen's "Born to Run" is awesome to jog to.
