Sounds like it's relatively minor and that the doctors are just being extra cautious. When it's all done, all that nastiness will be gone and you'll prolly feel a whole lot better. After anesthesia wears off, that is.

Yeah, Tanny. I am one with those sending good vibes. With our forces combined we are good vibeatastic and cannot be stopped.

I've had several surgeries...I like the pain management part of it all, heh...aside from that, yea, they are a drag. I can't imagine they would keep you for 2 whole days though. I mean, they take out peoples organs and send them home the same night these days. That must be a worst-case scenario...I've only had to stay over when I had plates and pins inserted into an ankle and then I was there for a week but that was pretty major surgery...Anyway, all best wishes for a speedy recovery!

With pain meds, I was FINALLY able to sleep the entire night. Damn, did that feel good.

Thank you all for the well wishes. You guys are the best. I'm really not this much of a scaredy cat when it comes to this sorta thing, but when he mentioned the spinal cord...well, it freaked me out.
