I have some radio 45s which I found at my old college station. I have a Nirvana one which, I believe "Smells Like Teen Spirit" is the B-side. I also have a Alec Empire album on vinyl which he mixes Elvis and his usual DHR stuff together, which I'm sure the Presley estate loves. Then I have JSBX's "Controversial Negro" live album on vinyl which was only issued to contest winners from Matador. I don't think that's too rare these days though...not opened from plastic either.

KMFDM - Naive. The original version had unathourized samples on it and had to be recalled. They remixed it and rereleased as Naive/Hell to Go. The original goes for about $60 now. I bought mine the first day it came out for $20. I also have a version of Angst with a gatefold cover with a spraypaint stencil on it. Never priced it out though.

Devo - Hardcore Vol. 2, Oh No! It's DEVO (Infinite Zero), Wipeouters - P'Twaaang! Hardcore Vols. 1 and 2, plus Live: The Mongoloid Years are long out of print and run about $75 now. Same with the Infinite Zero remasters, though the price is coming down thanks to some rereleases by oldies.org. The Wipeouters album is a DEVO side project put out on Tone Casualties records, usually goes for around $80.
Holy shit, I have all of those (except for Live: Mongoloid Years -- but isn't that out on DVD?). A friend of mine said that Wipeouters album sucked, so I didn't even listen to it for the longest time, only opened it about a year ago. I ended up liking it.

I have the Mark Mothersbaugh solo album(s) -- are they worth anything?

I have two different versions of the Hardcore Years Vol. 1 -- one's a digipak, the other's a jewel case thingy.

I have that Wipeouters album...I guess its a good thing I didn't trade it in recently which I considered doing. I also have a lot of old Devo stuff which I guess might be valuable. I also have all of the original Infinite Zero Gang of Four releases. I don't know why stuff like that is really worth anything but sometimes they are.

I don't know how much it's worth (if anything)but I have hundreds of Country music vinyls that have to be out of print from the 40's and 50's. My grandfather was big into that stuff.
