I disagree. I think Andrew Bird is likely the front runner despite my lobbying against it.

this has been a really mediocre year. there're a handful of maybe very good albums, but nothing that's collectively blowing people away. on another board where i post that already did their year-end poll, there didn't seem to be any clear winner. sufjan stevens and andrew bird had a lot of high spots, but nothing extraordinary.

Probably will be silly enough to even include losers like Bruce Cockburn and Adrian Belew on my best-of.
