Benadryl works well for me and it's cheap (Costco Kirkland brand - 400 for $5). Everything else makes me feel like shit the next day.

My doctor gave me a prescription of amitriptyline but it's only like 25mg. I guess a side effect is that it puts you to sleep but higher doses are for mental problems or something. I've been having to double the dosage lately though. Also, if I run out I'll just get some tylenol pm.
